Editing and deleting webhooks
You can make changes to webhooks, inactivate or activate webhooks, or delete webhooks that are no longer used.
To work with webhooks, you use the Helix TeamHub web interface. You must be a company admin to work with Jira and custom webhooks at the company level. You must be a company admin or project admin to work with custom webhooks at the project level.

In Helix TeamHub, go to the location of the webhook.

To work with a webhook at the company level, click the company name or logo in the top left corner of the page.

To work with a custom webhook at the project level, click My Dashboard and then select the project from the Projects list at the top of the page or in the My Projects area. Jira webhooks are only at the company level.

Click Webhooks in the left navigation pane.

On the Webhooks page, click the webhook.

In the Edit webhook pane, edit, inactivate or activate, or delete the webhook.
Make sure you click Webhooks, not Hooks. The Hooks area will be deprecated in the future.
Editing webhooks
To edit a webhook, make any changes and click Save. To learn more about the webhook options, see Adding custom webhooks or

To prevent the webhook from running, toggle Status off. The webhook is displayed in gray on the Webhooks page.

To activate an inactive webhook, toggle Status on.
Deleting webhooks
When you delete a webhook, events no longer trigger the webhook and information is not updated between applications.
Any Jira links in an asset are displayed as static links and no information from Jira is displayed or shared between Jira and Helix DAM
To delete a webhook, click Delete webhook. When you are prompted to confirm the deletion, click Delete.
