If TEMP is set, TEMP is used. Otherwise, if
TMP is set, this is used. If neither TEMP nor
TMP are set, temporary files are written in the directories
described in the table above.
When using triggers on Windows, %formfile% and other
variables that use a temp directory should use the TMP and
TEMP system variables in Windows, not the user’s
TEMP variables.
