There was a VSIX format change in Visual Studio 2017, so this VSIX file will
   only work with Visual Studio 2017 and later.
This ZIP file contains a VSIX file that is used for SCM 2016.1 and earlier
   (since the VSIX file is included in the installer for later SCM versions)
